SUGGESTION:
How about when someone goes to to register on these forums it is required for them to pass some sort of 'Test'. This 'Test' would contain simple questions meant to test one's intelligence and deem them appropriate to join the present members of this forum in our discussions.

Possible questions that could be asked of aspiring members:

"Spell onomanapoeia."

"Who was the third President of the United States?"

"How many Stanley Cups have the New York Rangers won?"

"Underline the correct word: Both Johnny and Kevin is/are homosexuals, everyone is/are aware of this fact."

"True of False: The furthest a fully grown kangaroo can jump is 8 yards."

"True of False: A hippopotamus can open its jaws to an angle of 180 degrees."

"Which map is dm/mohdm5?"

"Who sings the awesome song 'My Hips Don't Lie'?"

"Which famous theoretical physicist said: 'Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds.'?"
