I would like to make a suggestion that the choice for choosing a team be removed and auto assign be the only option.I have been playing and the teams seems to get stacked with all the experienced players on one side ,they know who they are.I personally would like to see a balanced game rather then being stuck on a team of noobs or being on a team where it's a clear slaughter.Now I may be the only one that feels this way and if I am then hey I said my piece.If I am not lets hear what you have to say.

Here we go again....

Hi Slug -- I know you're talking about the {MOB} Modern Weapon TDM server. And you are right, all the top scorers keep going on the same team, leaving the other team (those of us who use auto-assign) enduring constant repeated slaughter. Makes it no fun at all.

Trouble is, I'm not sure what to do about it. Our clan has discussed this a lot, 'cause we have the same problem on our other servers as well.

If I make it auto-assign only, players will simply wait in spec until they can "auto-select" into the team they want.

You've no doubt seen me try to get the good players to split up, and I know {MOB}[Regs]Pabloeldiablo does it of his own accord whenever he notices it happening. But the rest of them ignore all pleas to split up.

I'm open to any/all ideas. I'd hate to start having to soup-nazi the server, kicking guys who do this, but I'm fresh out of ideas. Got any other suggestions??

thnks for comeing to post sgtslug im glad to hear someone agrees with me on this matter i get nothing but grief from alot the regular players on the server every time i ask em to stop stacking teams it gets realy frustrating

but like steel posted i havnt got any ideas how to fix it cause the guys doing this dont give a care all they want to do is sit there and just mow down noobs all night i for one dont see how this is any fun i like it when my opponents actualy give me a challange .



as for the refrence of this being a dead horse topic it still worth talking about this is still a problem for all the servers there isnt one night that goes bye where someone new to the server says f this bs and logs out probably to never come back again so it is a problem all the servers need new people coming to them in order to keep em active and these guys stacking teams drives em away.



as for a solution im out ideas too anythign we do they will find a way around it or they will stop coming to the server too makeing it less popular although some of them guys i wouldnt mind seeing leave

I think this is better than nothing however. Those trying to stack might give up because the longer they wait the lower the score they will have in the end. So they may decide to just auto instead. Otherwise I have no clue what to do about it. I agree with Pablo, it drives people away.

I think if you start giving 5 min kicks to those that teamstack, it might help.

I think the autoassign thing is the only way to go. Kicking people off a server because they want to play with friends is not going to work.
