I've never used the word vindictive about the behavior of certain admins but in several situations it does accurately fit what happened.
You can characterize what I've done as the same thing, You would be wrong but I understand why you may feel the need to dismiss what I say as me being vindictive.
To try and come to a mutual understanding of the difference, let me ask you a question.
If someone lied about you on several occasions and you openly confronted them about their lies.
Would you consider yourself as being vindictive, because you stood up for yourself and confronted someone who lied about you?
If you honestly consider that as being vindictive, then I guess that's what I am.

I'm honestly sorry so many people in the both Regs and MOB have got caught up in this by no fault of their own.
It's an unfortunate situation for people who have nothing to do with it but that doesn't mean I going to keep quite about the petty reasons a few people made up to justify what they said about me.
Especially not when this whole situation is of their making.
If someone had made several baseless accusations about you, I wouldn't expect you to keep silent about it.
So I don't understand why people suddenly think it's wrong for me to speak my mind.
Which BTW is exactly what I've always done.

I will PUBLICLY say what I think needs to be said.
I believe people should be held accountable for what they say, which is why I always try to backup what I say.

Doesn't anyone find it strange that after everything I've said, not a single person has taken me up on my multiple request for anyone to contradict me if they thought I was wrong.

Why oh why is Druid going to let a link go to a site in which a select few of othersiders.com members had hoodwinked most unconcerned fellow members who were happy enough here, to seemingly innocently meander to overthere.com.
Before you say 'well why did everyone leave then?' - keep in mind keyword 'hoodwinked'.
A more 'noble'/ upfront move/exodus was going to prove to be 'challenging'.
Are you going to be all smiles about such linking if you were in a similar situation.
Why do you feel he's obliged to do it under such circumstances?

Especially when the majority of the reason's was based on lies, many of which were specifically about me.

You've got to love the double standard when you complain about MY censorship, or did you forget what started all of this?

Type the new website name in a post and hit preview.
It will already be switched.

While is still an "edit" I don't believe anyone is open and then editing anyones posts.
The context of any words that are spoken other than the name of the new website are stil the same.

I would argue that, if Druid intended to censor MOB and be vindictive, he wouldn't have left the server links and vent link in place. This is the home of MOB, and he is one of the founders. Makes sense to me to leave it up and keep it active..

Awww Laddies (thats laddies - not ladies btw folks), there is anything but censorship in the old MOB forums, or I would had never been able to log in after all these years, and or, the ol' Cypher, would had been put up against the fireing squad wall, with crimson stain long ago, with 1 silver retirement bullet to end his squabbles, instead of gracefully leaving in his velvet Liberace gown, tipping his hat out the door. I have to say in all my years of gunning, for animated bait here, Druid was a timid (lacking in the boldness, overbearing sense), was a easy going and good natured fellow with all the old clan members here for years, and always had that fair play sense about him; unless you were a nasty critter. Sad to see him depart my favorite first ol' server. With that said, I hope you all sharpen your swords and charge into some fine battles in the old MOB tradition.
