And that elite rifles only mod got annoying oafter a while. That's why I sotpped playing there.

peaks carenteen(?) cassino, other Small maps... no tanks just jeeps and make that one stock rifle only...

i think a rotating 24/7 BA or TDM would be awesome (keep up the sound mod!!! people like it!!!)... make a poll of like 3 maps or 5 and do it every two weeks, with a message a few days before the switch. rotate it TDM or BA 24/7.
i dont think we should switch the cassino server or the Barb server at all. we have 2 24/7 that rock, messing with them is VERY BAD... look at goodfella's!!!!!

I have to agree with BLK, fixed sites are for pussies. I have enjoyed this added dimension to the game. Plus, IMO it evens the game out for the lower end users. I may be wrong, but I think it is an equalizer, which definately helps me.

I've wanted to drop by and play in the {MOB} BAS server, but I haven't done so for two reasons. One, it is Barbarossa 24/7, and I don't like playing the same map over and over. Second, you have like a 50 meg vehicle pack to download, and I have yet to feel like waiting for it.

I would drop in your server more if there were a BAS server that ran the stock 5 maps AND barbarossa. At least then I would be more willing to wait for the vehicle pack to d/l.

The moving sights make the game so much more realistic and add an additional dimension of skill. MAybe not in TDM, but in BAS, since you're usually fighting at long distance, it enhances gameplay when you actually have to slow down or stop to hit someone 200 meters away. The AWE mod is nice, but the weapons are still inaccurate in spite of the static crosshairs. At least with stock you have an idea of how inaccurate your shots are going to be. The main thing I dislike about the AWE mod is that the 88s are so weak.

The vehicle pak is needed for the Barbarossa map. This is not some vehicle pak that we created or anything like that.

That's what I thought. I have a pack downloaded for barb, but I guess the name on it is not correct for your server. How is your pack named?

I haven't changed the names of the pak. They came from the developers named that way.

The name of the map .pk3 is: mp_uo_barbarossa.pk3 and you can download it from HERE

The vehicle .pk3 is called z_ahz_vehicles.pk3 and can be downloaded from HERE. Just drop those to files in your UO directory.

I as well would like to see {MOB} with a map rotating TDM server to mix it up a little and love all the maps already suggested.

Would it be possible to have a server vote wheras with 5 or 10 mins left in the match everyone can vote for one of the rotating maps allowing the players to choose instead of being forced into whtever the server chooses as the next map.

I agree with Redeemer where playing the same map over and over is like staying with your highschool girlfriend forever..Ya gotta mix it up a little.

I do like the mods where you can choose two weapons off the bat (sometime one of the other teams weapons not including rocket launchers and anti tank guns) so you can maybe snipe a bit, run and gun and use rifles etc.
I don't wanna see a camper scenario though but like the maps it's nice to work on all of the weaponry.

i say we keep our server stock or we will run into the same promblem we had with GF soon enuff we will be on all kinds of ladder twl/ogl etc. and we wont to be able to play normal as pratice!

We aren't going to change the Cassino and Barb server. That just wouldn't be too smart, considering they are full almost 24/7. I think we are just talking about adding another server.
