On april 19, at 7:25 eastern time i was banned from the tuchola beta 2 map... and it sed that i had bad attitude and was disrespecting Dolphin girl... ok i got kicked erlier for saying "ass" 2 times, as if I am the only one, then I came back 20 minutes later... and was playing and talking with Shake, he's a [MOB][Regs].... and I was j/k around a bit with him and we were talking about I aready forgot what... I DIDIN'T SAY ANYTHING TO DOLPHIN GIRL AND I GET BANNED!!! In the message it said I had bad attitude and disrispected Dolphin Girl. I didin't even talk to her after I came back and sed nothing about her, she had the right to kick me erlier, but I sed nothing about me getting kicked, and I was not having a bad attitude, I just killed someone with a kar98k at close range and they had a ppsh, and i said something like kar98k rules down with ppsh garbage or whatever... and the bad attitude was just me and {MOB}[s.hake] j/k around... I hope we can have this issue resolved soon... I really like your servers and all {MOB} members r cool people so... I hope my opinion won't change because of this little misunderstanding.

You know what....You have been using very nasty language on our servers.... I have kicked you at least 5 times for your language. I know Silver has kicked you a couple times and you have had several MOB give you warnings like Shadow. Then I kicked you for swearing I get off the game you log on 20 minutes later and get back on and start talking smack about me. I was not on but on vent and other MOB members and churchhill said you came back on disrespecting me. Telling me I should look ass up in the dictionary or something. I am not a babysitter and am tired of giving you warning and kicking you. I am on to play a game not to babysit. So, I came back on and ban you.

True ,you are the most annoying player in our server you have warnings after warnings and to be honest i don't know haw you last that long so i am glad you got band because you deserve it!

in my opinion, polska. your one of the best kids i've played with and i'm really sad to see this. but man, you gotta learn to LISTEN to the admin's. i know shadow and dolphin, they wouldn't just kick you for saying ass.
maybe this will be a good thing for a bit. then if you get un-banned you'll just learn to have a great time ! i really hope you get un-banned and this gets resolved.  --------------------  |

I understand I get a bit loud and talk too much... I am sorry, but after I came back I did nothing wrong!
You see, I was a bit confused, I also have MOH: pacific assault, and it has an autometic word converter, so that U can't curse, and saying "ass" was ok... so I assumed it is ok here too... I am VERY SORRY  , I get it I curse, but if you were on all the time, you'd have to bann all the ppl exept the ones that don't speak english... If you tell me which words not to use I swear on my 91(she was born 1915) year old grandmother I WILL NOT SAY THEM.... cause I feel "bastard" is ok to say( in Polish is najduch), but if its not please tell me so... I was not trying to be a smart ass as Shadow pointed out(he used "ass" himself). I was only trying to honestly find out, cause I asked ppl before "Is saying Ass ok?" and there were mixed responses (like: no, not for you, hellz yes,oh you got slapped bitch, etc.) If you gimme me this last chance, I'll be my best behavior, serious! Also when somebeody tells me to shut up and play, I am playing, I got so many binds all I do is read the message and press appropiate key. C'mon Dolphin, U know I a good guy  , but sometimes I get out of hand, but in 1(January of 2007) year I'll get conscripted into the Polish army and be tought manners and good disipline. I'll try from now... You remember at barbarossa when I killed U I was like "OMG! I killed a woman! Ass Trooper, I'd love to stick up for you as you are a familiar name on the MOB servers and I enjoy killing you immensely - but I must admit you do sometimes get annoying, and cross the line. In this instance, after getting kicked initially you probably should have realised that MOB wasn't fooling around and kept your mouth shut upon returning.
Maybe, down the road, the MOB powers that be will reconsider your case... --------------------  |

Am I really that annoying? It could be worse, like following ppl anound and letting enemy know where U r(Libre something kept doing this all moring)... But U gotta say that i am a good player, and 3/4 of the time I don't know U talking to me, U say language and the dialog box looks like this :

I do some annoying stuff, but never have I been trash talking aboot noone... especialy not you... I am annoying, but not stupid... I know U can come back so I kept my mouth shut.... I was talking but about how angry I was with Thomas cause he always ambushes me at the fg-42 spawn points(and does he do a good job of that, 5 out of 6 times he is waiting for me, lol)...
If U un-bann me, and I swear or do other bad things(I can't promise to stop all the talking, but I'll cut down on it, and try to keep it realted with the game) U can kick or ban me, and I won't even defend myself if I did do something, unless I feel it was accidental or whatever, and I also help U and all of {MOB} to keep potty-mouths and tk's(and other fraks of nature) down in numbers... hope U unban me soon, cause tomorow doormen in NYC are striking so I can't leave the apartment(lol), what else is for me to do? Go to some crapy server?! I'm not sure if this was the case, but i have seen it elsewhere, where the warning given to someone about language, was just the word language. To avoid confusion, maybe warnings should be more specific, for example.

I have led many clans and i think i can say you should stay banned. You failed to follow the correct rules/ policys of the administrators percedings. I think your a great player... but thats not the point, the point is you where kicked..for an offense then you continued, thus getting you banned. as for anything else all you do is camp the fg-42 spawn from 6am to 11pm. and it bothers me that you dont help your team. Now i know you probly could shapeup but my vote is against getting you unbanned. The admins can do what they like but.. thats just my 50cents --------------------  |
