MOB Loses Defense of COD2 4x4 TDM Pos #14, Impressive attack by Moh:aa Legends Options

Well, it would have been quite an upset if we had won. Moh:aa Legends is undefeated for 30 games spanning cod and cod2. Here's the sad story:



Their approach was a very aggressive attack with combination machine gun and shotgun. Our team initially tried to fight as a group. But with the small map Burgundy, that led to several spawn killing events. We decided to rapidly break apart at the start of Carentan. This appeared to be much more effective and we were able to have a fairly close first half in Carentan. Never the less, we lost Carentan also. In fact, Shadow was the only MOB player that had a positive score in any of the four segments. And that was only 2 points in the last half of the last map.

Looking at the scores of other teams which have played Moh:aa Legends in COD2, our ratio of 0.67 was equal to the best team that they have played. It is interesting that #7 Weekend Warriors (which defeated us) had a much worse ratio of 0.43 when they lost to Moh:aa Legends.

It is always so difficult to know which strategy serves best, therein lies the challenge. Flexibility certainly seems to be the key, however, employing tactical changes during the heat of battle is extremely difficult to accomplish, especially if you find yourself on the defensive early. Perhaps it is as with anything, complete preparation is the key. Practice until you think you have practiced enough, and then practice some more. I don't write this as advice to you, rather it is me thinking outloud in answer to my own experiences and frustrations in comparable situations. Tough break fellas, but I have every confidence you will emerge victorious, as a force to be reckoned with, soon enough.

With TDM strats are almost impossible to develope. You'll make on in practice that seems to look good but in the match flops. With TDM everyone being Rambo works quite well. Camping is also VERY good. Let them come to you and blow them to hell when they enter. Good luck next time guys.
