I read through the MOB forums looking for how to make a binding for the quick message function (default v), but did not see anything. So, I decided to make a post.
What I want is to have a single key to play some of the more common quick messages like "Enemy Spotted". I have tried things like: /bind KEY mp_QuickMessage 2 3 and variations with the 2 3 in quotes but nothing seems to work. The KEY just brings up the Quick Message menu, the follow-on arguments are not read. Has anyone been able to do this? |

type in your console /bind [any key you want] say hello to say hello

The command you want is. VSAY. ex. "/bind k vsay 2 2" That would say enemy down.
