Teamspeak Options

hey guys, i don't know if this has been disussed or not, but have you ever thought of running a teamspeak server along with the MOB servers? that way, we players can talk together, and it can enhance the MOB family.

my tribes admin runs it with the server site, and it works better than RW or the other voicing scripts. and there could be separate channels for the different sides or nonMOB members or however you wanted to set it up. we run over 5 different channels during a tribes match.

That would be cool to have an Allied Channel and an Axis Channel!

Or just a heckling channel!

we could always just setup one up just pick a name and always use it so when ever we log on we could just go to that channel (ie FKallies FKaxis or somthing like that) and talk to each other but I we would not be able to PW and sombody would have to make the channel every time or host it on a comp that is always on I would do it on my server it is always running but it does not have a connection to the net anymore but I would be willing to make a channel when I am on FK's server

I have setup a channel called {FBI}MEMBERS on teamspeak public -3- goto the teamspeak site to log on and click on the {FBI}MEMBERS server to login there is no PW on it and anybody can come in and try it out I will be away for about 20 mins (its 2:30pm right now) but I will leave it running so if you guys want to try it out and see if you like it go for it I will log on to fk server in a bit

Let me make a suggestion get a headset with a mic.If you use a mic and speakers you sometimes get a lot of feedback from the speakers

well I have had it runing all day and 1 person has come in if you do join in stay there I have the PRO up on my second monitor so I can see it but I might be doing somthing else so I might not resond right away but I will respond

yeah , that was me, i wassn't reading you well. just checking out the channel. on my tribes 2 server we have the server client running so we don;t use the public channels, i was wondering if FK might set it up on his #2 server, it might work better for everyone, you use a discreet ip that way and it doesn't get bleed over from other channels.
