Getting kicked from Server #1, Kitty and Doggy kicked...why? Options

Hi guys, Kitty and Doggy here.

We have been having trouble getting onto server #1 due to the following. We are getting kicked for hacked files with R1CP error code. Could anyone give us some info on what this could be caused by? I have cleared off our systems to stock settings and am running only the honesty config. I have created sub directories for non-ogl games with stuff like blood mods and scopes and crosshairs. Would this be causing problems having it in a subdirectory of the main folder?

You might want to go over to the IW forums and ask BlackBart what the hell that one is and see if he can help you out.

Thanks, I'll stop in and ask. It's very weird because the CI manual says it's for r-lightmap hacked but when I do a cvarlist in the console and get a listing of all the settings that variable is set to 0...I am very confused. I did a clean install yesterday on both Kity's and my system so I have no idea how this is coming up. In the CI manual it say's it's due to a hacked MOHAA.exe file but I did a clean install so I can't understand how it is picking up on a hacked .exe file.

I'll drop in to Balckbart's site and ask him whats going on.

Okay, get this. The honesty config from the IH site is causing CI to recognize a r_lightmap error. THE HONESTY CONFIG WAS CASUING US TO BE KICKED! Is that just the damndest thing you've ever heard? I downloaded honesty config 1.4.0.5 and it's a bit messed up. I was running fine on our server under CI 1.4.2 and on a few other servers using CI 1.4.1. Could the admin at MOB look into this, I'd hate to see this turn into a problem, you guys run such a cool server.

Apparently, the problem is that the MoB server is running an older version of CI and it doesn't like the new honesty config.

Just an FYI. We'll just take our honesty configs out when we play on your server until BlackBart gets the fix done or the MoB CI gets updated.

Not at all Nixon, just didn't want anything to happen to MOB's reputation over something weird like this. People are way too eager to scream cheater and having a whole flood of people getting kicked for hacks on the MOB server would not look good.

My thanks to Nixon, Cypher, Cobra and Smoke who were on the #1 server for not being quick to judge and letting Kitty and I figure out what was going on. Very disturbing being called a cheater after having spent so much time and effort hunting the cheaters down.
