i might be away from cod alot because my comp is always getting about a 5 second lag stutter wile playing cod, it just started happening. It also does it on halo, doom 3, quake 4, and all the other games I have on my computer. I think its my graphics card(Ati Radeon x800gt), If anyone can help me to reslove this problem, it would be very helpful. I hope to be back asap, so see ya then guys!

Check to make sure your vid card fan is running. And check to see if you have the correct drivers.

maybee check to make sure no other unnecessary processes are running as well. the video card you have should run cod very well. as pain mentioned you could try uninstalling your video drivers and going to ati's website and updating to the most recent drivers with the catalyst control center. http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html
you may also have to turn off your anti alliasing in video settings..... -------------------- |
