By the look of this he was warned by several players and continued his action. Why didn't you just kick him? Even kick him for 2 mins. If he comes back in and continues the action make it an extended kick.

As for our chat in-game Undead, I guess I assume if people ask several times for a kick, the player can see the chat as well as anyone else, and if they make no attept to defend themselves, they basically have been fairly warned. Real shame, everyone bolted in middle of that game because he basically ruined it for Russians. Real jerk.

Anyway, understand where you're coming from to, being safe on the "kicks". I guess I just feel that when someone like Sgt. Clark says someone is blocking the stairs, then I trust them. He rarely, almost never, asks for kicks.

For what it's worth, from the punkbuster server log it looks like he had a connection interruption and that's what froze him on the ladder. That would also explain why he didn't answer anyone when they were screaming at him to move.

Also, I did a guid search of all servers for the past 3 months or so and found that this was the first time he had ever been in any of our servers.

Ahhh. That was the guy I had that conversation with!

If you can tell it was a connection interruption, then don't ban. However, would it appear the same way if you "disconnected" while standing on the stairs? After all, it seems he might have had a bone to pick given our conversation, even though, as I pointed out, two of us answered his question!

Also, looking at the screenshot again, when you are in someone's eyes, like undead is, and a person is getting a "CI" error, don't you see it too? I've been in many people's eyes before and get the "CI" error, even though it is them and not me.

When some yay-hoo is doing something like that,it just burns me. Whats the point? aside from ruining a good time for all. I (IMNSHO) think we should allow the MOB from the opposing team to hunt his sorry ass down unfettered by us until he leaves.,,,,,But I realize that would probably cause good players to leave, so maybe its not such a good idea.....Too bad we cant turn off friendly fire for a few minutes at a time!
