Wow that is neat. To bad that Bonds reputation is already tarnished.

that is revolutionary to say the least. the list of possible applications is mind boggling.

thinking of it in an industrial application the production upside could be phenomenal and as the tech matures the possibilities can be endless.

very impressive.

just think how much more beer Flatty could drink wearing one of those. Ha.... biatch : )

VERY funny! You should tour with all your funny jokes.

WHat is funny to me is seeing something as powerful and innovative as that, and it immediatly is placed in a soldier setting. I could lift keg after keg after keg...

Kind of reminds me of the scene in Aliens where she attacks the Alien with a loader... only this one is lighter and more agile...

Life imitating art....

Things like this get immediately placed in soldier settings because that's where the development money is. The military (U.S. in particular) develops (or more acurately funds the development of) TONS of stuff that eventually makes it's way to the consumers. Case in point : The GPS. If it wasn't for the U.S. military these wouldn't be common consumer items.

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.
