OK.,OK; adding to Barkmans initial post.......
Three friends all die together on Christmas eve in a freak accident. When they get to Heaven, St. Peter welcomes them one and all but says: "since it is Christmas eve,you have to display something represenative of the Christmas spirit before you may pass to your eternal reward"... The first guy thinks, rifles thru his pockets, and produces keys, which he shakes. "Christmas bells!?" he says hopefully... St. peter thinks for a moment, and says: "yes, very good, you may pass". The second guy comes up, pulls out his trusty Zippo and lights it up, holding it as high above his head as he can. "The Star the wisemen followed" he says, a little more confident than the first fellow. "Very good!!" says St. Peter, "you may pass as well". The third guy just stand there, goes thru all his pockets three times, and then sheepishly pulls out a tiny, black lace thong...... "WHAT in the world, does THAT have to do with Christmas?!?!" St. Peter thunders..... "The third guy looks at the perplexed saint and says: "Theyre Carols"...
