Ive been away from the forums for a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time but still playing COD2 all the time. thing is, i haven't seen or played with anyone in mob in forever. are any of you guys playin cod2 anymore?

Hey Scruff!
Nice to see you back in the forums. If you notice a few cobwebs around here, don't be alarmed. A few ghosts still float through. You won't see a lot of new postings, but odd enough, there are many many readers. MOB has moved on to another forum. The ones here are kind of like Lt. Colonel Robert Neville in post-apocalyptic New York (I am Legend). We live high on the hog on what others left behind. To be honest, life can be kind of lonely here. If you want to find out where the rest of the folks are off to, they escaped the radiation and headed to a new address. I don't know what it is, but if you jump on one of their servers, I'm told they have a message cycling that informs players of the new addy. |

hey scruff,i was playing cod2 for a bit but moved on to cod4 then back to UO ,which im seeing a lot of old players on. hope all is well!

A few of us still play it from time to time but nobody with any regularity. We've all been playing cod4 for the past year but have grown tired with it with cod5 releasing in a couple weeks. Hope to see you there...

I loaded then unloaded CIV 4 with its annoying AI driving me nuts -again -once too often. I play no games at the moment. Not even yahoo online backgammon -after I came upon a person who deliberately favoured playing an open reckless strategy - I won the first game and then in spite of a good conservative methodical strategy on my part, the reckless playing baboon still beat me the next 3 games.... fricking dice rolls have true mastery over the game rather than strategy!!! I was never so mad lol- not even my legendary tantrums with my Vent failures during MOB twl matches could compare with that gaming frustration. So now I'm totally game-less currently.
