Unbelievable... They have to pay out these bonuses to attract an keep "the brightest talent"
Only problem, it's the same people who ruined the company. I've got no problem with performance based bonuses, these completely arbitrary ones are stupid. How can people receive the same bonuses regardless of how the company is doing? |

They should be happy to still have their damn jobs, let alone a bonus. Oh, I'm sorry. They agreed to the bonus structure before the company collapsed. One question... If AIG had been allowed to collapse would they have still payed out those bonuses? Seems to me your contract becomes null and void when your business fails and is now being supported by the taxpayers.
