With my Intel Mac Pro I have no problems at all with going on to BBC iPlayer and watching TV shows. smile.gif
As for movies I cant comment I'm afraid, but I doubt you should have any issues.

Hey James, I've never experienced any problems whether it was with my main box, or two different generation Macbook Pros. Hulu and broadcast tv works fine.

Had you heard there was a problem?

Years ago I turned my gaming Mac into a VDR using Elgato's terrific EyeTV. Their new hyrid is pretty cool. You can watch and record broadcast HD for free using an HD antenna. If there was more to broadcast TV, I'd consider cutting my cable...

Hey David, long time! well because of my demanding schedule these days ,i usually catch up on my shows i miss here (usually HBO or Showtime shows) http://www.fastpasstv.com/tv-shows-a-z
a friend of mine ,who has a mac went to this site and her screen went black and in a mans voice ,said "this is a virus" she had to reboot. now i have a PC but Ive never heard of this happening ever,i actually asked her how much wine she had lol. she tried it again and it happened again. Is this common?

I would be very surprised if she had any problems with the fastpasstv.com site itself. Its more likely it was from a redirect to another site, some of the movies and shows listed on fastpass link to other sites. One of the more questionable one would be supernovatube.com

I really surprised a MAC would have a problem, I would be more concerned about a PC due to the scripting used on these sites.
