the original was the shit....i love old war movies...johnny got his gun was an awesome movie also, anyone into drama really need to see it its very depressing no love scenes (thank god, hollywood should leave that to the adult movies)

4. Almost all other war movies including : Band Of Brothers...
I try to watch Saving Pvt. Ryan at least once every 2 weeks...I will never fucking forget what those brave men did for me to speak English and be free. Thank you.

blackhawk down (book was better)
band of brothers book was also better...if anyone likes to read try the wwII lib. series. (screaming eagle over germany etc..)

black hawk down and a band of brothers were real...tha author of black hwak down was the only investigation/account of what happened that day. hea was a ny times reporter and even the military accepted his account and thats the mil. report of it also...i love the history of WWII
