I decided to wait for the game to come out and not DL the demo...I'm going to try and get it right now. Is it just me or did they give us about 50 different dates for the release, and I'm still not sure if it's out yet.

After having trouble installing it...You have to close the "rundll" thing, which to me is a bunch of crap and with this EA is asking for trouble, many a thread allready on AA.com about that. I am not as impressed with Spearhead as I was hoping to be, maps to me just dont have that Allied Assault feel to them, could be because I'm not use to them yet, but I dont know about them. The whole time I was playing, multiplayer, I was wanting to go back to good ole allied assault. I have to play more to form a true oppinion.

The more I play the more I am starting to like it, allthough it has it's drawbacks.In my opinion, the maps are way,way too big, can't seem to fing anyone, and when you die the walk back to the front is boring. I'm sure in time we will grow to love Spearhead...but until then it's an hour of Spearhead and five hours of Allied Assault for me.

I haven't done much with the multiplayer on it yet but the single player is a lot better than MOHHAA.
You need to remember Spearhead is very customizable by the admin. Something that was lacking in MOHAA. With a little tweaking someone could make this run very similar to MOHAA. -------------------- Not a word was spoken to contradict or disagree with S@bot when he called me a....

I agree with druid. At first I was not happy at all when I tried out the
Demo but the game is awesome. and I have been reading up on the game and server admin can adjust the game to their lickings you can even have leaning back on...It says you can even set the axis sniper back to normal... So Druid how do I get spearhead on my server? --------------------  Success is often the result of taking a misstep in the right direction. |

now that Projxt sounds like a plan...I'm a little disapointed though, 3 of the 4 maps I played tonight are from Allied Assault (Small City, Thunder, and that snowy village thing) they all have some improvment and look nicer, but there the same non the less.

i will buy the game this weekend becuz i call to the store who i make my acquisition and they dont have it damn!!!!!!!! i hope it will be in stock saturday or before
