Why as a people do we feel that we make a difference in the lives of the society we dwell in? Why do we need to feel self-important? For an example: (just an example) real is a stock market guy and helps with the homeless. He feels he helps the people in his area. I don’t see that as being a great thing and don’t care one way or the other. Does that still make real and his plight important? Does he really know that it isn’t? Why does that matter what I think? Why would my not caring affect real or his attitude to his important feelings? Would this make a difference in society or dose it just make him (real) feel better about his life? Humm guess I have to think on this some more…. Any thoughts? dry.gif

I would hope he is doing it for the homeless people and nobody else. It is these people that truely appreciate a helping hand. I have never been homeless but trying to imagine myself in their shoes.....I would be so greatful for someone to hand me a hot bowl of soup or a blanket. Also if it makes him feel better then why not?
