Well,, I was dropping by to see if you all could answer some q's for me, and behold! My son and I just got high speed a couple months ago. His name is Cheeta. Being new to all this, neither one of us really know what a "hack" is. He has been trying to find out because I am trying to install Missionary and having trouble with the missionary files. Everything passes,, it just fails. Anyway, I just get out of Goodfella's where {MPOLICE}Sniper{L seems to know my every move. My son walks in and tries to explain to me about seeing through walls. He said something about Chameleon skins. Sure enough, I see that there is a possibility that Squirrel is using them. So here goes:

Can someone please tell me if missionary keeps out all these cheats?
If so, can the server run it so you can't join unless you have it?
Finally, can someone please help me install mine lol... I read a post somewhere about XP2 can cause problems with it. If anyone had issues installing and has XP2,please drop me a mail. pureiron@comcast.net

What is the point in playing if you are cheating? Its a game for chrissakes....

I am trying to install Missionary and having trouble with the missionary files. Everything passes,, it just fails.

Try this:
Go into your C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\MOHAA folder.
Right click on configure.exe and select properties.
Click on the Compatibility Tab.
Under COMPATIBILITY MODE put a check in the box where it says RUN THIS PROGRAM IN COMPATIBILITY MODE FOR
Select Win 98/ME
Click APPLY

Give it a shot.

Missionary has not been bypassed and there is no way around it. Of course that's always subject to change but so far it has not been done. There have been a few idiots who claimed to have released a bypass for it but it is not true. The creator of the program (blackbart@invisiblewarriors.com) has even offered a $100 reward to anyone that can hack the program... So far he hasn't had to pay up.

The server can be run Missionary Only wherein only players that are using Missionary can enter the server. Unfortunately, do somewhat to a lack of support of Missionary by the community, the times we have made the server MISSIONARY ONLY, the server tends to die out very quickly.

Occassionally, as a thank you to those that support Missionary and cheat free play, we will run the server Missionary only, but we will usually make an announcement several days in advance to let everyone know... Which reminds me, it's probably about time we do it again soon.
