I'm Kinda P.O'ed!!!!!!!!, Missionary Options

Where to start.....OK here goes....I've played in MOB servers for a long time. I used to play as =LMAO=Pharoh until I resigned from that clan to pursue joining MOB. I was even asked to recruit by DIESEL. This was using the name HitMan. I talked regularly with the guys on Ventrilo, used MISSIONARY a few times but its always caused LAG. Yesterday I redownloaded MISSIONARY and it crashed my MOHAA. This was done from the MOB website. I spent 5 hours trying to get the bugs out and was forced to REINSTALL all of MOHAA including my custom gunskins, dotsight, and sounds. This sucked!!!
Now I know MOB is a class act clan and work to maintain honesty in their server. I also know that the MOB (Regs) MUST use MISSIONARY but I know for a fact that many MOB DO NOT!!! Why am I being singled out and asked to LEAVE because I was doing well?? My scores are not outrageous, usually I get a 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 average K/D ratio.....is this what you consider cheating?? I CHOOSE not to use MISSIONARY like many,many others who enjoy the choice of gunskins, sights, etc... that make the game more exciting. If I wanted STOCK ONLY I'd play offline.
Now I hope MOB doesnt take this as an attack on your ethics, I respect MOB. But if this is what I'm going to have to listen to all the time then I will not return to MOB servers. If MISSIONARY is so important to you then why not make it MANDATORY ALL THE TIME FOR EVERYONE!!! You might consider having that on a server for the REGS and using your other server for MOB members and those who do not care to use MISSIONARY???
I'd hate not being able to return to MOB's site but I WILL NOT RUN MISSIONARY because it ruins my enjoyment of the game. Please feel free to respond to me by email or if you see me in another server. I'd like to hear your input on the duel server idea???

Wow... Rude. Do you feel special that anybody should exclude you from using missionary and getting good scores in the server all the time?. Hey you are a fun guy to play against but you aint that special. You are pissing a lot of people off, just like that guy Doc Terror, which i personally think is a wallhacker, with your shots. Im not saying that you hack or nothing like that, but you should get missionary working just like they told ME. I once heard "We should preserve the purity of the game" to have fun . If you aint gonna run it they should allow everybody else not to run it. So If you aint, Be gon' homie.

hey dude, dont get so nasty man, why u like playin' in mob so much then, there are plenty of server to choose from, mob server is as it is, like it or not, if your ask to play with missionary, if you dont want to use it, leave, im not trying to start anything cuz ive played with you and you are very good, i know you dont hack, but you need to prove that you are not by downloading missionary..

oh and for the record, all mob use missionary cuz everytime a mob member gets in the server without missionary is kicked by the console..

Ice, we know u don't hack, and it may have been a little harsh the way it was put to you, but I've been meaning to ask you to use missionary when you played the last few nites. It's not that I forgot to ask, just that I wanted to wait till you were about to leave anyway, so it didn't seem like I was running u off. Apparently, people got tired of waiting for me to ask politely.
Anyway, you've played on goodfellas a long time, I didn't know you were Pharoah, but I know I've played with you countless times. The fact remains, MOB requests that regulars use Missionary. You are not being singled out. We ask many people that play on goodfellas regularly to use Missionary.
I hope I see you back here tomorrow nite. And I hope you get your missionary running.

If u are asked to get missionary, get it! Its not for my sake but its for the sake of the guys with lesser skill that might think ur hacking (no hard feelings to anyone that aint good in their own minds )...Missionary lags me sumtimes and so many others also but its for the sake of the new people that see some of {MOB} and other great clans that produce great #'s and let them know we are not hacking but passionate of this game that we spent along time to know every nook and cranny about it...Dont feel singled out feel proud that u were asked to use it and also Druid would be able to help u out withany miss probs just post ur missionary problems

The idea of another server for missionary only was just brainstormed recently (if it hadnt already been done before) in this post.

Sorry you feel that way ICE, (or Hitman, Pharoh). I remeber when you were those names and I believe you were asked to use missionary at those time too. Sorry that it hurts your game but it does the same to EVERYBODY....I can jump up to a 2.2 or 2.5 avg w/o missionary. Not that that's great but it is still an improvement over my 1.2 - 1.5 avg now. I didn't care for missionary either but one of the MOB guys asked me to use it and since then, out of respect for them and to the server....I do.

Sure we would like you to stick around, your a heck of a player, but to stick around with peace of mind. I you choose not to, that is your decision....I won't loose any sleep over it but you have to understand some things.

The thing is...there have been some occasions where your actions have been questionable. And anytime someone is questionable without using missionary...it causes a disruption in the play......using missionary gets rid of those questions and thus elimiates the disruptions.

I agree with diesel....look at it as a compliment.

Oh and by the way....you say that your back on Goodfellas because of your interest in joining MOB? Well using missionary is the first step buddy.

See I knew you guys would take it wrong....I DONT THINK IM SPECIAL!!! Hell I suck compared to alot of you guys.....ALL IM SAYING is when I run MISSIONARY it causes more grief on me and my system for some reason which makes having fun almost impossible.

For those of you who dont like me for some reason...Well sorry I cant help how you feel... I dont use hacks...never have, never will...as far as my shooting goes..all I use is a small "greendot" crosshair instead of the chunky white cross...it makes aiming easier and more accurate.

For the sake of nice people who didnt misread my post (thanks XYZ), I will try MISSIONARY 1 last time....if it dumps my system again then I'll just go elsewhere from now on (which from some replies is what a few would like).

You didn't need to reload Mohaa, the problem you had was a result of missionary not closing properly.
All you had to do was restart missionary and goto Options>retrun files.
This would of replaced all the non-stock files ( blood, skins, gunsites ) you use without missionary.

As for everyting else, well it comes down to this.
Just like the server messages says, you won't get any respect here without missionary.
As for why we don't run the server as missionary only it's simple, there isn't enough full time support for it. The sad part is, lots of people are like you, people who proably don't cheat but fail to make the effort to insure cheat free play.
Like you said, if it becomes to much of an issue you'll probably stick to other servers, like I'm sure many people have done before you.
When you try to enjoy yourself on another non-missionary server only to have some idiot come in and blatenly hack and ruin your game.
Just remember it was was your choice.
For me, the people who choose not to support missionary while playing on our server or elsewhere are just as much of a problem and don't deserve the right to complain about someone else POSSIBLY cheating.

I will take whatever time I need to help anyone fix their problems with missionary.

I'm positive you didnt see "alot" of MOB guys playing without missionary. Our Ip's are logged and if we connect to goodfellas without it, we get kicked out. We have to play with missionary.

i get kicked everytime i play, i know before hand i have to join twice. and i cannot run missionary, cuz i have a mac. figure that one out.

yes, i realize ice that you didn't run missionary because of that reason but thats not the excuse not to run it. In this server mob and mob regs always want to ensure that all of the decent players on the server use missionary to ensure cheat-free play. We don't care if your the president of the united states, if you play well we want you to use missionary, simple as that. Getting pissed off because we asked you doesn't help us respect you as a player, remember how much you pay to play on our servers.
