Anyone have this mouse and use the side button for your push to talk key? What key do you have the side button mapped to? I've been using the CAPS-LOCK key but am having some problems with it sticking.

That's the MOUSE 3 key right?
In BF2 for going prone as a soldier, flares for aircraft and smoke for vehicles. I tried but couldn't make MOUSE 4 work as a push to talk in Vent for some reason. |

its got to do with key association. in the software that comes with the mouse you can set mouse3 just like the f key (Use in UO) then it just works. used to do this in mohaa

In MOH and COD I've got the two side keys mapped to lean. Neither game picks the buttons up, so I used the logitech software and mapped the side buttons to keystrokes.

Some keyboard controllers don't like some keys being pressed all the time, I would guess caps lock would be one of them seeing as how it's normally a momentory key. I would try changing the press to talk key to something else 1st.

Like Druid says, I had to experiment with several keys before I could get one to map properly. I made button # 5 work with BF2 for a quick change between flying/driving all vehicles to an immediate firing position (F1 command to F2). I made button # 6 revert back to driving/flying (F2 to F1). |
