I know that these guys are questionable.

I can only speak for myself. But the fact remains that many MOB and Regs WILL NOT play with these guys on the server. I myself will not play with them. They are questionable at best. The fact of the matter is that THEY DISRUPT THE SERVER. I say we ban the clan until punkbuster comes out. If they continue the same scores when punkbuster comes out then so be it....but until then, I propose a clan ban.

If this is only my opinion then so be it...it is many against one...but I will not play with them in the server until punkbuster comes out.

No we do not currently, nor have we ever cheated at this or any other game. I can see why you might think that we do, but i can assure you that these accusations are unfounded.

All will be made clear when anti-cheat is released, and our scores do not change

At least you guys had the decency to kick us rather than ban....i've had the displeasure of being perma-banned from several servers already, and it really gets old quite quickly

I'm sorry I wasn't around to handle this but some family from out of town dropped by unexpectedly.

I'll I have to say is this.

Out of the everyone who has played on our server, the 51 guys have drawn the most cheat accusations I've seen in a long time.
I've watched many of them play several times.
I've recorded 11 demo's of them playing, plus another 8 demo's other players have recorded and sent to me for review.
When I review demo's I use a utility called grincam which allows me to watch it in a way to see what a player would see if using a wallhack.
I've haven't seen ANYTHING close to being proof on them cheating.
People can watch a demo and easily read into it what they want to see.
When I watch one, I'm looking for proof someone isn't cheating as much as someone is cheating.
As far as I'm concerned they play clean.

Almost all of the cheat accusations have revolved around two types of cheats.
Wallhacks and no-recoil.
What I think people are missing is...
1) There is a tremendous amount of information you can get from the blimps on the compass.
Not just the approximate area where some enemy players are (red blimps ) but you can make a good guess where other enemy players are at from what direction your teammates turn when they are getting shot ( white blimps ).
2) The amount of time the 51 guys play. Some of them play as much in 1 day as most people play in a week.
3) Watch them play and you will see how often they effectively attack spawn areas which give a big boost to their score.
4) Many of the accusations have revolved around the suspecting of a no-recoil cheat. Of all the games I've played ( mohaa, BT, PA, COD, COD:UO, AA, RtCW ) COD2 by far has the weakest recoil I seen in a game. I think it's because unlike most other PC games this one was made to resemble the console version more that other games in the past.
People are more than welcome to verify this themselves.
Take the tommy or 44 and fire it a wall you're fairly far away from.
Fire at the wall with just a tiny bit of downward motion of the mouse.
Now go up to the wall and look at the bullet pattern.
With just the tiniest nudge down, you will fire a very tight pattern of shots.
In COD 2 unlike most other games I've played, there seems to minimal vertical recoil but sporadic horizontal movement added.

I think the biggest reason behind the cheat accusations is the speed and style of play.
Most people are only use to & familair with the slower tactical play of COD and MOHAA, where you guys play much more like console junkies or UT players.

On another note.
It appears a couple of 51 guys were kicked today after they ignored request by MOB players to split teams.
We expect members of any clan to abide by rules we enforce in an attempt to keep the server as fair and fun for the people who play here.
I'll defend you against cheat accusations which I don't share in but any unsportsmanlike behavoir you exhibit on the server is completely on you.
When you play here, you are guest on our server.
If a player can't do something as simple as switching teams to help keep them, after repeatedly asks to by a MOB member, then you were rightfully removed from the server.

Yes once pb is out or any anti cheat we will gladly show u we are legit. Just an fyi if you think we are just some random clan. think again.. we won cal uo season 1 and held like 7-8 #1 spots on twl for cod and uo.. so yea we know how to play the game.. http://www.teamwarfare.com/history.asp?Keydata=Area%2E5%B9 if you want to see the long match history.. we scrim 2-3 times a night and then pub after that.. so yes we are going to be good at the game.. and not only that we have twl admin on our roster

im sure alot of you will say "how did he know i was there" well firsto ff we talk on vent.. secondly theres those red dots which give away alot.. and thirdly i know myself i use 5.1 headphones and can hear almost any sort of movement that goes on and can tell pretty much the exact location its coming from

yes we normally get accused of hacking and have been disputed many many many times and u know what? every single one of those have been thrown away cuz we are legit.. anyway once pb is out we will come back and still play exactly the same

ps: whats with this no recoil shit? theres barely any in the game and all it takes is moving the mouse a little and learning how to burst fire and its completley controled.. coming from a game like vcod or UO where u had to move the mouse alot to control the recoil.. cod2 is just too easy to control it

Yes several of us were kicked today.

All the MOB players who were on the server were in spec. I assume the request came at some point while they were spectating us. I'm also fairly sure that the live players cannot hear what the spectators are saying, because if we had received a request to split up the teams, we would have

i was on once with Method and Eso and they were both tearing it up on breakout/el almein (or whatever it is)
and all 3 of us were suddenly kicked.

later, i was on with Cross and we were asked not to team stack. now, if there was 3-4 of us on, i would understand. but it was me and him only. there was 2 MOB people on the same, and opposite team of us. 2 people isnt team stacking. maybe our definitions of team stacking are different.

and even later, i was on with sticky i believe and we were both kicked without warning. i was finally able to talk to flame and he said its cuz he wasnt sure if we were cheating or not.
