A very stange event happen on the MOB COD2 server Sunday evening:
1) Bullet and I were Russian and Hatch was German playing in the last few minutes of Lennigrad at aprox 10:30 EST. 2) I was into a spawn killing spree when suddenly NO ONE COULD KILL ME. I was surrounded by Germans firing and hitting but I did not die. My shooting also seem to have no effect on them. Hatch saw this first hand and wondered what was going on. 3) I mention this on Vent and BarGod said that the same thing has happen to him. The people that saw it claimed he was cheating (understandable). Druid, can you see anything unusual in the logs around that time? Maybe some sort of overflow? --------------------  |

happened to me on railyard (or whatever COD2 calls it now) a couple of weeks ago....i was in the tall 3 story building sniping people across the rails and noticed that after a while i wasn't killing anyone, even with headshots. Then i discovered that no body could kill me as well. To further test that theory i ran into the german spawn and waited to die. didnt happen. so i reconnected to the server and everything was right. Probably just a synch error that put me "out of phase"with all other objects in the game. I noticed similar things happen to someone earlier this month on Brecourt. Nothin to worry about, just a little hiccup in the game.

its not a server problem, its happend on ours too. Although Iv only noticed it on El Alemain when someone is on the allied mg.

I can't remember if I fixed it with a vid_restart or not. I also took a demo of it, but I've got a bunch of demo's and I forgot what I named it. LOL.

same happened to me.It was at stalingrad railyard.Didnt know I couldnt be killed.I would have run around bashing.lolI just exited and came back.All fixed.

its just another glitch to add to the copious amounts that already exist in this game
 ive never experienced it first hand, but have heard of others experiencing it |
