If you get FrontPage 2003 then after some drag and drop you will get great webpages.
I'm no expert, but I made a college reunion webpage without to much struggle...... (and my old classmates liked it, thats what they told me at least - lol)  --------------------   Team Barbarossa |

Goto yahoo business and download the webmaker program for free,choose a domian name and start building.....its what we used for our company website ,its not an all flashing ,dancing site ,but its a start

Check out my web page I made for my company. www.cif-inc.com I pay for the web space of 10 pages. It costs me $8.95 per month. I have own my domain, and have 100 e-mail accounts with the service. Dont know if that is what your looking for, but its a start. With the service, they have the software for you to design your own page. There is literally like over 100,000 different styles to choose from. I just chose a basic look for my company.
