as crappy as an answer as it is....sometimes yes, and sometimes no. With the Honesty Config. installed when you start the game forced models is turned off by default, so it really depends on how lazy I am as to whether I leave it off or turn it on

In the multi player options, you can check it to make both teams wear the same uniforms.
It has good and bad aspects to it.
First off....they say it helps the game run smoother if you have a slower machine (if thats true I'm not sure), one personal reason I like it is it makes the game more realistic in my mind.....on a battlefield most soilders would be wearing at least similar uniforms, if not the same ones, and with it off it looks more like you are at a shopping mall more than on a battlefield, and of course with it on you can more easily identify the enemy.

The big negatve is of course the cheats that use it to their advantage.

Nixon and Occ said it right.

According to Nixon, forced models make the game
more realistic. Without forced models, it looks like the last
days of the 3rd Reich in Hitler's bunker. Guys in snow suits,
dessert rags, panzer mechanics, and that concentration
camp commander in the long black leather coat. All trying
to avoid being bashed by that dude in the 'members only' jacket.
CRAZY!!!!! Especially when I bash 'em all in the same room.
Not to mention the lab tech in the white coat, wtf is he doing?
Germ warfare?

But as Occ said, without the forced models, you can identify
individual players and single them out for 'special' attention.

If you want to get your score up, go forced models.
If you want to have fun and kinda know who it is you are
exchanging lead with, or bash blows, go un-forced models.
And if you want a good blow job call Nixon. jus' kidding.
