Absolutely fantastic! I have always loved his rendition.
This was a great man and soo funny. I have the video of his very last perfromance on stage before he died. Laughed so hard and nearly had a hernia. -------------------- |

The thing is, he had a message. But I'm not sure if he was pro or con. He ends it by saying that there are 2 new states and the pledge has changed and now included "under God". But is he saying it's good or bad? To me it's vague.

The last thing he said was" wouldn't that be a pity if they called it a prayer and had it removed from school?" Clearly he was deeply in favor of....
A true American... too bad the word "Indivisible" has lost its meaning in this country.... What a difference it would make in how we conduct ourselves and how this country functions if we could truly be "one nation under God, Indivisible...." -------------------- |
