im a captain and have no attachments to my mg , is there something im not doing? i do not feel im getting any perks.

You have to go to create a class. This is done either before you enter the game (more time to choose) or in between maps by pressing Esc.

In the beginning you have to use different weapons to unlock the attachments for the weapons. You need 25 kills with most of them to unlock things like the scopes.
The perks unlock as you get experience points. Personally I think the perks are less important than a fast computer and low ping. -------------------- No one here gets out alive.  |

These are a lot of things you get quicker at with time. Changing your classes and getting them just right. You can rename them to.. so you can re-name on sniper, small maps, large maps... these way you know what maps they are useful for.
