my skill level doesn't really lend itself to chat. Do you guys use a mic program or something like that? I try to be a team player, but I get so envolved, I rarely even read the screen. Is there already a talky app that you guys use?

We use a program called ventrillo. It's free, so download that and get a headset with a mic and then let us know. We'll get you setup.
