Omaha Beach 2k4, D-Day Invasion Options

MOB you have been invited to Omaha Beach 2k4. The rules are as follows:
Allies - M1 Garands, Thompsons. Obj - Breach the beach, destroy the cannons.
Axis - MG42s, Kar 98 Sniper Rifles. Obj - Stop Allies

Combat rules - Due to the realism of this level...allies cannot shoot MG42s (in the level the mg42ers are wide open but actually in the real Omaha they had sandbags protecting them)
So let's try to keep it real :wink: . To some this may sound unfair but an MG42er cant shoot everyone on the beach . Allies will be spawning under fire.

This level is devoted to the recreation of Omaha Beach..or 2 if everyone would like

There will be players from other clans fightin on both sides so its actually an event or some would call it a tournament.

The sever is hosted by the {LOCO} clan.

The level will last an hour..

The date is the weekend of April 9th
The actual day and time are yet to be decided but will be provided upon request in a couple of days..

We are gunna use Central Time zone

Here are the other rules i forgot to mention..
The game will start with 70 minutes on the clock
The axis go into the server first and get prepared..just like the real Omaha
The allies will come in 5 minutes later and have 5 minutes to prepare
Allies will group up 4 per Higgin's Boat and when the clock hits 60 they run out of the boats and thats when the real battle begins
The allies will be required to use the airborne and army stock skins
The axis..any skin but the Doctor
I will be checking out a map called Omaha 2...its the same as Omaha but with more MG42s..just like the real thing and we might use the map so if we do well give the link to download it
The allies haveto complete there objectives before the time runs out
There will be 12 axis and 12 allies
The allies haveto be grouped into the boats because the game doesnt allow u to drive the boats to the beach and stuff..
Allies haveto hold on to their guns while running on the beach and cant holster to make themselves run faster
The level is hosted by the {LOCO} clan

The rules are like this because we want to recreate the true experience of Omaha..and make it fun for all in the game..

Here's all the shit in summary
12 Axis
12 Allies
Allies cant shoot until they enter the trenches
If yall are interested and wanna play yall will be Axis fighting alongside {LOCO}
{LOCO} will have six and yall will have six
Allies haveto complete their objectives to win
Surely if you guys are playing it'll take them a while
Since its gunna be like the real thing Allies are gunna be bunched up in the Higgin's boats and run out them when the clock hits 60:00
Allies and Axis will come in at same time and axis will have 5 minutes to get into position and then Allies get into boats..the clock will start with 70:00 minutes
{LOCO} will have two ppl on MG42s and same with you guys

You should jump on the server and play a few rounds. Its usually the quickest way to find out a couple of things.

1.) if ya good enough
2.) if they are interested
3.) if the Reg teams want some of it.
