Noobs, Who is Options

Im just curios.I see things written and dont know what you guys are talking about.Whats a noob or who?I saw it in the discussion about stats on kills. I take it that noobs are an easy mark. Im not that good would i be classified as one of these?I dont want to be one .I dont like the sound of the word or even the way it looks.
