Looks like Mod's or an Expansion Pack for Battlefield Vietnam, D.Silver, it says it in the title,

Its a modification of battlefield vietnam game. I am the lead mapper and have about 7 people under my wing all great guys. We have great feedbacks from the communauty and we are the most anticiped mod for this game. Its not out yet still a wip but the first build should be out this summer. We are testing betas right now.
