New Missionary Problem, appeared after goodfellas crashed Options

I was playing on goodfellas tonite when it crashed. I got on vent and Stock or Diesel said they got it up and running again. When I went to restart Miss I had spun my mouse wheel and changed it to TLD. I stopped miss not wanting to wait 3 minutes for it to load, then exit and wait another 3 minutes to get back on goodfellas. Anyway, when I tried to get back on again it said I had an illegal pak3 file. This is what the Log said. Notice it says it added a file while it was running. Any ideas on whats up. It says I cant play until I fix the problem.

I removed the file and it plays fine now. But why would that file all of a sudden cause a problem? Where did it come from? Just curious.
