I think I know what you mean... That is just their post count showing up and instead of little symbols they have a mob logo. I think that is what you were thinking of so correct me if I am wrong

Yeah, the ranks have nothing to do with MOB. It has to do with post count. The more posts you make, the higher you're rank.
