this is a thread where we post our stupidest/funniest/most embarrassing stories involving us or our friends. i'll kick it off.

Last year some time, I woke up sitting up on the couch in my basement (where I sleep every night). At the time i was about 7/10 asleep, and next to me was a dark silhouette of a figure with broad shoulders that almost looked liek a phantom that was just sitting there staring at me. I waved to the thing and said "Yo dude." it said nothing. Now this was no oridnary stare... it was the kind of stare that said "I'm about to grab a knife and cut u like a fuckin pig..." so when it didn't respond i was a lil freaked out. so i sad "can i help you sir?" it still said nothing. Then i tried to reach out and touch it... i couldn't... so i got scared... my heart started racing a mile a minute. i was like "dude could u please stop staring at me ur freakin me out" but still it didn't stop... i could've sworn i saw my life flash in front of my eyes. then i said "dude can u please stop ur scaring the shit outta me" but it didnt... i moved back away from it slowly and it moved too and i jumped cause i was startled... it jumped too... then i was like wtf... turned around and realized the lil bit of light from my alarm clock was casting a shadow off of me onto the wall next to me. i felt like a dumbass having thought my shadow was gonna grab a knife and kill me.

i blew a fuse (radio fuse) in my car at like 2am on the way home from work. i stopped and went to put a new one in....i used the bic lighter and went looking under the dash...i set the insulation on fire....i put it out with a dry chem (the powder one they sell for like 10 bucks at walmart) even though i vaccumed it up...everytime i hit a pothole power would fall out....even worse whn i turned on the heater....poof power came out...finally i got rid of the car. i liked that car.
