you need to get and image converter like psp or something else i use Image Converter

If your playing CoD it is already in .jpg ..... But to change the format of any pic just open it up in a paint program (i only have the one that came with windows) and then 'save file as' but make sure to choose .jpg underneath the file name. click save and your done.

If you have reverned you can use that to convert it. I think the conversion tool is under the Tools menu.
