Cool. I always wondered if there was a way to test the system before buying the game. I had to update my whole PC after I bought BF1942.
Anyways, it says my vid card does not have the pixel shader or whatever it is but CoD2 runs just fine. However, I do have to lower alot of graphics for Single player mode. MP works great though. |

Wow! It says I can't play it! I better not tell my computer that, because it's playing it fine. As a matter of fact, it runs better than UO does.
Just for everyone's info, here is how lame my computer is: Pentium 3 996.0 MHz Geforce2 GTS - 32 meg ram, no pixel shader LOL. All these things are under the minimum requirements to play the game. Either they built a better game than they know, or they are in cahoots with the computer parts companies. --------------------   |

I Just put XP on this system, I saw this earlier and ran the check It told me i couldnt play it. Processor speed is only 1.3 needs 1.4. So i went and downloaded the demo anyway & installed it. And to my surprise it ran fine & just as Bargod said, smoother than uo! -------------------- |

Yeah, it told me I had a different CPU than what i have.Told me I had a Xeon. Is there a diff. 'tween a Intel Xeon & Celeron???My CPU was the only failure that I had.

i have up to 20 FPS and it runs ok, i failed the test on the processor speed since i have a 1.2
