as you can tell in the pic I did not have time to get up on that thing to show you where I got stuck in the game but it is behind that circle thing by the red pipes straight across from the ladder I died and spawned there for some reason and as far as I can tell there is no way out so I had to kill myself
 it only happend once so maybe it was a glitch but FK you wanted the PIC so here you go hope this helps if not tell me and next time I will go back in there and take another pic of the exact place I was in  -------------------- fool me once and I die fool me twice and you get my SMG shoved down your throat :P

You can do this go to the spot then hit ~ to bring up console type in viewpos hit enter it will give you the x y coordinates then send them to FK
