Kicked From Tuchola, ??? Options

K, i'm not sure what happened, but i was kicked from Tuchola Forest for language.

Dolphin Girl (99% sure it was her) kicked me, and i have nothing against her, but the term in question was "Bum Sex," which anyone who has played with me has probably seen my bind, and i just say it as a joke (perhaps i say it too much).

Right before i was kicked, someone (again not sure, but think it was Dolphin Girl) said, "I warned you Oh You," then shortly afterwards i was kicked.

The problem is, i never saw a warning, maybe there was one, but if there was, i missed it in all the people talking, (there were a lot of people talking), i didn't see my name, (again i may have missed it in all the talking) and then was kicked.

So to finish off, is "Bum Sex" a term i shouldn't use, (i've used it in front of countless [Regs], and {MOB} people), cause if it is i will no longer countinue to say it.

I think there is something to be said here, though. In the rules it is stated that while we are not "G" rated, we do ask that the language (bad) be kept to a minimum. That statement would assume that all players have good judgement of what is bad language and a good understanding of what is a minimum. To some players not saying certain expletives every five minutes is keeping their language in check, while others could play all nite and never issue a controversial comment. Never assume anything! Most people don't exercise good judgement, that is why we have laws! Obviously, the wording of the rule is a "gray" area with it's boundaries loosly governed by whomever is carrying the big stick at that particular moment.

If you have gone to the trouble to assign keys on your keyboard with questionable statements, then, in my opinion, that is not the occasional "slip" or keeping it to a minimum. Again, an error in judgement. If I assigned keys, I would be anxious to use them, not keep them put away. Make sense?

Until we have a black and white solution I.E. "We allow bad language" or "We do not allow bad language" and a list of what is considered by this organization to be "bad" language, this will be an infinite topic of discussion because it is always gonna be a judgement call. Some people will like it and some won't. Too bad, because if you tread there, you're probably gonna be removed from play, therefore, allowing you plenty of time to reflect on what is considered to be "bad".

P.S. The ratings for these games is "T" for "teens". and the gameplay experience can change while online. Nine year olds are not "Teens". Again, a judgement call.

Well........euh.........ok!!

It's true that it will be an infinite topic cause the tolerance of each is not at the same point! And the capacity of not taking it personnaly is different to everybody!

And i agree it's MoB that should decide who to kick and who not to kick, judgement is needed!!
