how to change config to get binoculars quicker?, like to get artilery quicker Options

a few of us like to practice the use of artillery but they don't like to wait so long for the points to gain rank..

where can i change the config to make it easier to get the binoculars?? what is the command? can i make the points less??

i did not see that line for the points per rank?? i looked in my uoconfig_mp . i found it in the awe 2.12 though

where did you find your setup at?? i am not using a dedicated server, just my pc
