a few of us like to practice the use of artillery but they don't like to wait so long for the points to gain rank..
where can i change the config to make it easier to get the binoculars?? what is the command? can i make the points less??  --------------------  |

Ah, you're using AWE... that's a whole different ballgame. I run stock UO 1.51 on my test server and those two points-per-rank and force-rank CVars are built in.
