That's an off-map exploit if I guess correctly combined with taking advantage of missing terrain that allows you to see through to places you wouldn't normally see.
Yep - I did /devmap mp_kursk, he was around (2423 1458 517), which is well off of the play area and takes advantage of missing textures on the backside of a hill. I matched the angles up from the screenshot. Definitely ban-worthy. --------------------   |
