You have to be kidding quoting the 1st amendment to us.
It's doesn't aplly. The 1st 10 amendments are setup to limit the power of the federal government. MOB is not the federal goverement. We run a message telling people racist names or comments will result in a ban. Do you consider that agaisnt the players right to free speech? Next person who plays with "USA Sucks" Kindly ask him to switch his name, if he doesn't let me know.
