Something else I forgot to add.
I don't know if it was only on my computer but the last time I installed Vent the default setting for Line Wasn't microphone like it should be it was det to "Line In". Which makes no sense but thats what Ventrilo defaulted to. This is in the area highlighted in Green in the last screenshot in my earlier post. If you have a USB headset, you'll need to change these settings to reflect your headset & not your soundcard.
