Tonight we had a packed server on Broadsword....althought several people were getting kicked for some
MD5 tool PB problems and there were alot of high pings the server continued to fill. If anyone has suggestions to help with these issues please post them. I am sure that if we can solve some of these problems alot of players would be happy. Thanks in advance, T/A6Pak Had to edit forgot the smiley.... I was playing broadsword briefly this afternoon...the map has a problem in regards to it's spawn points. Both German and Russian players spawn in only one location after the bases are popped off. IMO this is the reason why Smolensk (remember that map?) didn't take off.
Not sure if anything can be done to fix it - but I can't see the map being successful over the long run with a lot of players when spawn raping could be VERY severe.  --------------------  |

Thanks, Steel!! That will make many folks very happy. Some have been getting very frustrated with that problem.
The one-hour rounds seem much better. Thanks for fixing that as well. I was a victim of just such a spawn rape Capt. Canuck. It wasn't fun. |
