looks like im not the only one,had no problem finding info on google and vent forums on this issue.dont know if this fixed it because im waiting for someone to log onto vent but thought id post this for anyone getting a new pc in the next few. bookmark this,its a common problem.

well it didnt work so looks no vent till someone can figure it out,ill keep reading. thanks canadian viper for helping me out today!
