Just curious what every1 uses, I currnetly use trackball & have heard that optical is better. I am thinking of switching to optical, but I am wondering if its a noticeable difference.

Yes I did overclock it. However, it was for a brief time (less than a week) and I never went past the recommended 5% clock rate. That's when I first posted that pick w/ the weird artifacts. Stopped after that; I see ppl pushing the clock rates 20% what the defaults r @. Besides I'm not so upset about that as I am that I get a NEW card and it's worse then what I sent in.
Also, I used to have old nvidia mmx and I overclocked that bad boy far past what i did with the 9700 & never had artifacts in MOHAA. This post has been edited by Panzer: 08/02/03 2:44pm -------------------- |
