MOB Wins COD2 TDM Match with HighBallerz[2], We take position #6 with a 388 to 345 win Options

We finally won against HighBallerz:



The team started out a little slow in the first quarter but finished it with a big 36 point lead and all positive scores. We continued to increase the lead in the second quarter adding another 18 points to finish Matmata with a 54 point lead. Hats off to Genocide Junkie for pushing Matmata as our map choice. Blk, Geno, Krazed and Harry made for a very strong combination on this map.

During the first quarter of railyard, Rush came in for Harry to save him from having to play the dreaded snow map. Blk was beginning to fade (3 hours sleep for the day) but Geno lead the team for another quarter win. As we entered the last quarter with a 75 point lead, Harry came back in to relieve Blk. The plan was to just camp it out. HighBallerz pushed really hard with the PPsh's and manged to win back 31 points but that was not nearly enough. MOB won the match by 43 points.

Challenging AE for position #4 next week as we push forward to that elusive #1.

Good Job guys! It's always a fun match when you win but it sure was nice to avenge a loss to these guys. Everyone played really well for the whole match. I was lucky enough to be "on" for the match and had my best night by far in match play. I hope to keep learning something from blk, shadow, krazed, rush, harry, mike, and others each match. They all have great skills and we all seem to fit together nicely with our different specialties. Lets keep working the ladder and learning from each other and no doubt we can get to the top! Bring on AE!!! On my fav maps no less!!!! Can't wait!!!
