Just wanted to say that I wish Mobclan the best of luck tonight with =COM= on your path to be OGL Champions. I have no doubt that you will succeed tonight. =COM= seems to be some pretty stiff competition, but I know the best when I see them. Mobclan is that clan. They proved it before and the ladder from was taken from them like a theif in the night. Good luck guys. Like Epacy said before time was the only obstacle. It’s now that time.

As I'm sitting here reading your post, I'm trying to decide which is worse.
Having to put up with cheaters or having to put up with people crying about cheating.
I'm not talking about the noobs who just cry cheat, but dumbasses like you who feel the need to make up these stupid stories to try and justify themselves when they cry cheat.

I'm going to take a wild guess here and assume your a member of the 7th Rangers. I assume that's a safe bet since the only other topic you've posted in is the one about us leaving OGL after our match with the 7th Rangers.

The simple response would be, to point out how how funny it is your team was able to take the top rung on OGL, but lost it when the anti-cheat measures were put into place. You guys went from an almost straight win record to a striaght loss record. Gee, I wonder why???

There was an interesting topic on the /.BAD/ forum a while back. I wish I would of saved it but here is a copy of a quick summary I posted in our private forum.

He's referencing the fact that up to a point there were a few members of Halo who were widely known as hacks (Silver, chefslax, plus?). The OGL win for first place included members hacking and there was a big to do when the 7th got caught by an OGL admin during the match with MOB. MOB left OGL because of the 7th Rangers. Shortly after the MOB match, Dirty Harry tendered his resignation citing 'rampant cheating among the ranks' that he had failed to act on. Many members happened to read the post but either 6 or DH deleted it shortly afterward.

There in is the irony; that 6 is currently the 'soup nazi' rule wise when the highest ladder successes of the 7th were the result of hacking. There is not a veteran member of the 7th who didn't know Silver and Chef were hacks yet the stock response was "when we found out, we banned them" or in other words when we got caught we banned them.

i have been in 7th for a very long time Heavy, i remember what happened when the MOB thing went down, when i played with Silver i thought he was hacking also but that is besides the point, Silver was let go of the clan and chef left or was kicked im not sure which it was but they are both no longer with us as you know

After the MOB moment or 'the shift' if you had been there a while you would have quickly noticed that several Halo member's ratios dropped dramatically and permanently (where were the 5-1 gods?).

Regardless, I know when you got in, I was there once and naive as well. I joined 7th (despite Harry's protest) after getting the game for a week or two. I championed their arguments during the hack debate only to look back and feel dirty and dumb.

The vast majority of the current squad have never hacked (note most now are not original Halo). What the 7th will never escape is that the their time at the top was dirty (harry) and their attempts there-after would make an injury lawyer proud. This is a history you must shoulder and to that end I invite you to look at just a few things;

-Do the comments from Dirty Harry about myself, KOD, Moldmaker, and our clan overall make you proud?
-Do the actions and behavior of 6e make you wonder?
-Do you realize that most people get paid to endure the crap 6 and Harry give out.
-Do you agree with what the 7th did the other night in those 2 minutes?; we all know that 6 give you no choice, we all no that you don't know what it's like to have a choice/say in a clan.
-Are you certain of the heritage you defend?

I'll end with one challenge.

Ask any veteran ranger to post here who was there and knew silver and chef; Shooter would be the dividing line for time. Ask them in the 7th's defense to post here that; "I was absolutely clueless that Silver or Chef were hacks until well after the MOB match".

I relized then and i relize now that he/they probaly hacked and they are no longer with us, so nothing we can really do about this now but then to look back at it so there is no REAL reason to go back to this. Some of /Bad./ knows that we all went down this road after the MOB match.

The leadership of 6e and Harry wholeheartedly endorsed hacking by keeping and playing these members in critical matches. Again the rise to number one for 7th was using hacks by some if not all (Thor contends that all of Halo were hacks 'without exception'). No one is really arguing that 7th Halo didn't hack up until getting caught in the MOB match (no 7th responses yet but we'll leave that one open). The leadership remains... and like a convicted child molester, once caught, you always have to keep your eye on them.

One of the current members of the 7th told me that Harry left because his specific order not to hack in the MOB match with the admins watching went ignored. He however tries to imply that it was me? that motivated him and that my leaving pushed him to return ????

Now I realize people may think I just made all of that up. If you have any questions about this being accurate. Please feel free to ask /BAD/ HeavyD
about it.

If that wasn't enough, here is an email we received.
The email started as a question from a {GDEC} player to 7thRangers Thor asking what happened in our match ( MOB vs 7thRanders ). Thor replied claiming {MOB} cheated by changing the CKR mod in the match making the weapons stronger for us and weaker for them. Not only is this stupid but impossible, the server would have to be restarted just as another GDEC person pointed out. The Funny thing is, that's not the 1st time a clan has claimed we changed the mod.

It was stupid than and it's just as stupid now almost a year later.
Here is the email where THOR claimed we had switched the CKR mod in the match, he also makes his stupid claim about =COM= and how they cheat by making people ping bad on their server.

Luckily for us, one of the GDEC members set the record straight and explained why the accusation made by 7thRangers Thor was ludicrous.

Now I'll set the record straight about this and =COM=
1) They didn't cheat against us, and they sure as hell didn't cheat against you.
2) =COM= Bouncer and I were talking about the wild cheat accusations against MOB and COM a few days before our match. Bouncer offered to let me remotely login to his server to see how it was setup just prior to the match if I had any concerns . I'm not talking about rcon into his MOHAA server, but actually access his machine. To me this just shows what a stand-up guy he is and how he didn't have anything to hide.
All either of us wanted was a clean match, were no one from either team left with any worries about someone cheating.

Now let me set the record straight once and for all.
