I MAY be getting a new computer, I know that a thread like this will probably grow to five pages; but, I am debating as to whether I should get Intel or Amd. And for the video card, nvidia or ATI..I am leaning towards the NVIDIA 5900 256mb. card. Vs. the 9800pro 256mb...due to previous experiences w/ ATI.
One thing I am noticing is that you pay more for intel over AMD. All I want is perfomance & dependability, not sure if the extra cost is worth it. -------------------- |

Got it up and running today and played a few maps of Spearhead....Went from 20-30 FPS to 120-150....Unbelievable! Thanks for the link Panzer, I'll check it out.
